Eileen D Rogers

ROGERS, Eileen Davis (McWhorter), age 93, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2016. She was born in Albany KY, daughter of the late Virgil McWhorter and the late Anna Davis McWhorter, raised in Dayton OH with her siblings, the late Lucian McWhorter and the late Lucille Szucs. Survived by her son, Thomas, and his wife, Christina, their children, Stephanie and Nicholas (and his fiancée, Emily Zuwiala), all from the Philadelphia PA area; and her step-son, Paul, and his wife, Glenna, their children, Steve and Paul and their families, all from the Lancaster OH area. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul (bandleader of the Paul Rogers Orchestra), and her son, Richard, whose family also survives: wife, Diane; sons, Mike and Rick (Paula); daughter, Christina Eigel (Rob); Eileen’s great-granddaughters, Danielle and Abbe Eigel. Family to receive friends 5:00PM to 7:00PM Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00AM Friday at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church 272 Bainbridge St., Dayton, OH 45402. Burial will follow Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
