Lockhart, Elsie Mae (Wynn), 94, of West Carrollton, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2013 at St. Leonard’s Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. She is preceded in death by her husband Larry Y. Lockhart, son Albert DeWitt Lockhart, great granddaughter Caroline Capehart, 1 brother, 4 sisters. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Charlene and James Benton of West Carrollton; sons and daughters-in-law Larry and Shary Lockhart of Columbus, OH, Robert and Sharon Lockhart of Mansfield, OH; grandchildren Juli Clark and husband Kevin of Gilroy, CA., Jennifer Zart and husband Tom of West Carrollton, Catherine Schmoll and husband Perry of Newport News, VA, Aimee Capehart and husband John of Mabank, TX, Christina Lockhart and Beth Lockhart, both of Columbus, OH; great grandchildren Clayton Strunk of Centerville, Brittany Strunk of Fairborn, Maegan Clark of Citrus Heights, CA, Jenna Clark of Gilroy, CA, Logan Clark of Gilroy, CA, Paige Schmoll of Newport News, VA, Emily Schmoll of Newport News, VA, Olivia Lockhart of Mansfield, OH, Kamyron Jones of Fremont, OH and Myles Capehart of Mabank, TX; great-great grandchildren Addison Dunn of Fairborn, Sophia Matters of Citrus Heights, CA and Sophia Lockhart of Mansfield, OH; step grandchildren Craig Zart and wife Amy of Centerville, Trisha Haas and husband Brandon of Trento, OH, Jon Zart of Kettering; step great grandchildren Logan Haas of Trenton,OH, Madalyn Zart of Centerville, Lani Haas of Trenton, OH, Brady Haas of Trenton, OH, Allyson Zart of Centerville and Cole Zart of Centerville. She was a teacher with the Mad River Twp. And Dayton Public Schools. She was a longtime member of the Bethel Christian Assembly of God Church and was a resident for the last 4 years at the St. Leonard Health Care and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held 12:00 PM Friday, January 4, 2013 at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd at Grange Hall Rd. Pastor Dan Brown officiating. Entombment Valley View Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 am – 12 PM Friday.
