 Dear Larry &  Sheila,
Wow, what a  lady Fay  was!!  Like family of course.   One of a  kind so full of  vim & vigor.  Our hearts go out to you both.  So sorry we were all away and missed  her service.  So many  wonderful pictures  &  memories.  Our  hearts are so sad but so glad we could spend so much time with her recently.  My  mother has cried &  cried. Thanks  for  bringing  Fay  to  see my  mother while ill. It  meant so much to all  of us. We love you  all & will be  eternally grateful for Sheila & Fay's  support  for our  mother. We are so very sorry to hear the passing of Fay, she used to come into the golden lamb to hear my brother Jay Mills play the piano @ least once a week, she so loved his music and we are truly saddened by this. With our deepest sympathy, she was a great lady and will truly be missed.

So sorry to hear about Fay's passing. For me it's a lot like losing an aunt. I've always had the utmost respect for 'Aunt Fay".  Our families were so close when I was young and have so many fond memories.  The times we spent fishing together at lakes in Ohio, Kentucky and Canada were such happy times.  Mom and Aunt Fay could bait the hooks, catch the fish, clean them and then cook them up.  The times we all spent together were special and I always thought Aunt Fay was extra special. We started our journey with mom with Fay's and both your support.  Mom was devastated yesterday when she read Fay's obtituary yesterday in paper.  She lost a life long dear friend.  I'm so sorry we are all our of town this week or we would all be there to support you.    You are in our thoughts and in our prayers.  Fay will be dearly missed by all of us.   We love you... We are all going to miss Fay's spunk and her quick wit! I will miss her at the family gatherings, but she will always be in hearts.

It was an honor to know Fay. She was such a neat lady with a passion for life and the things she loved. Fay and I would sit and chat for hours at her home and open houses when I would help her out growing up in Waynesville. She had such a creativeness about her that shown through her eclectic style. Fay was truly inspiring in her long wonderful life.
