Age 100, of Hawthorn Glen passed away Friday, March 23, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Roscoe Fudge, parents John and Mabel (Sessler) Klein, a brother Dick Klein, and a grandson John Fudge Jr. Faith is survived by her son John Fudge (Gwenn), a brother James Klein (Juanita), daughter-in-law Anita Fudge, distant relatives and numerous friends. She was a graduate of the Miami Valley Hospital School of Nursing and later worked at Miami Valley Hospital, St. Elizabeth Hospital, and Kettering Medical Center. She also was employed as an Industrial Nurse at Dayton Steel Foundry. A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, 2012 at Hawthorn Glen Nursing Center, 5414 Hankins Road, Middletown, Ohio 45044. Rev. Andrew Smith officiating.
