The C Reds announcer, Joe Nuxhall, would sign off “rounding third and headed for home”. Frank is home again with Helen , his wife. Frank was a devoted husband, a supporting father, a loving grandfather, a combat veteran, an avid baseball fan, enjoyed playing golf and was a loyal friend. Surely Shakespeare had that in mind when he wrote
“This Was A Man”. Larry Ryan
