Fred V. Dello-Stritto

DELLO-STRITTO, Frederick V., age 85 of Centerville, OH passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday, February 12, 2018. He was married to his loving wife Jane for 61 years. He was born in Auburn, New York to John and Virginia Dello-Stritto on August 20, 1932. He graduated from Auburn High School and Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. He retired from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in 1997. He belonged to the Sons of Italy for over 25 years and Knights of Columbus for over 50 years. He participated as an usher for the University of Dayton athletic events. He enjoyed bowling, swimming, singing and reading. He was a good supporter and provider for this family. He loved music, people and celebrating holidays, birthdays and special occasions. He was an active member of Incarnation Parish for over 50 years where he attended mass every morning. At his parish he was a member of the choir, and prayer group with his wife. He was a member of FOF (Friends of the Father). He is preceded in death by his parents John and Virginia Dello-Stritto, his sister Joan, and grandson Michael A. Hugee. He is survived by his wife Jane, 2 sons John and Carl (Marianne) and daughter Mona. He has 2 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Family will receive friends 5:00PM to 8:00PM Thursday, February 15, 2017 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel, with Mass of Christian Burial 10:30AM Friday, February 16, 2018 at the Church of the Incarnation.
