WRIGHT, Gerald (Jerry) Lee, age 83 of Miamisburg passed away Friday, October 7, 2022 at hospice. Jerry was born on November 5, 1938 in Dayton to the late Benton and Martha Dill Wright. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Roy and sisters-in-law Paula and Joan. He is survived by his brothers, Benton Wright and Kenneth (Jeanie) Wright, nieces Kim Fulk (late Gerald), Sandy Smock (Brian) and nephew Mark Wright along with a host of great nieces and nephews.
Jerry was a 1957 graduate of Wilbur Wright High School. He worked at Dayton Manufacturing for a number of years then went to work for Meijer stores from where he retired.
Jerry enjoyed bowling, traveling, competing in lawn jarts with his dad and was a big Cincinnati Reds/Dragons fan.
A celebration of Jerry's life will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 at Miamisburg First Church of God, 446 N. Heincke Road, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 at 1:00 pm. Final resting place at Woodland Cemetery. Gravesite services for family only.
