Harlan "Tom" Thomas Harvey

HARVEY, Harlan Thomas, age 86 of West Carrollton, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, July 11th, 2026. Harlan (Tom) attended Chaminade and John H. Patterson Co-op in Dayton, Ohio graduating in 1957. After graduation Tom honorably served in the United States Air Force stationed in Naselle, Washington. Tom married Robin Sue Harvey (Wall) in 1964 and had 59 wonderful years together prior to Robin passing in 2023. Tom retired from Delphi after working as an Electrician initially completing apprenticeship in 1969 under the Frigidaire Division of General Motors. In his free time he enjoyed watching sports whether he was cheering on his family from the sidelines or supporting his favorite teams. He also found great joy in playing Blackjack at the casinos or sports betting online in later years. Tom could always be counted on serving as the rock of the family and will be greatly missed. Tom is survived by daughter, Laura (Brian) Rader; sons, Donald Harvey, John (Carolyn) Harvey and Daniel (Tracy) Harvey; four grandchildren, Nathan (Jessica) Harvey, Autumn Harvey, Alexis (Leanna) Harvey, and Devyn Harvey; great grandchildren, Levi Harvey, Scarlett Harvey and Macy Harvey; sister, Harriet Parks and brother, Richard Harvey; many nieces, nephews, friends and other loving family members. Honoring his wishes, no formal services will be held.
