SHERIDAN, Harry R. went to be with the Lord on March 21, 2013 after a long battle of resulting pain from a MRSA infection and surgery in 2006. He died peacefully with the assistance of Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee, FL. Harry was born in Manistee Michigan in 1924. He served in the Army in WWII; joined National Cash Register (NCR) in 1949 in Toledo, OH, where he was a dedicated contributor for 37 years, leading sales organizations in Phoenix, Columbus, Dayton as well as Director in the Middle East and Africa. He retired in 1986. He earned his BA at Michigan State University and MBA at University of Dayton, where he later taught Marketing & Sales. Harry was a loving and faithful family man and will be missed by his surviving wife, Stormey who celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary last June. He will be remembered as an honest and ambitious man by his surviving children Scott, Connie and Debbie and grandchildren, Chelsea, Tara and Danielle. A private memorial service was held at Culley’s MeadowWood Funeral home in Tallahassee. A private Interment was conducted at David’s Cemetery in Kettering OH.
