ALLEN, Haskel, age 84 of Kettering, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2012. He graduated from Berea High School, in Berea, Kentucky, retired from Sunshine Biscuit and Dayton Reliable Tool, and was a Deacon for Springhill Church of God, Springhill, Florida. Haskel was preceded in death by his father Jerry Allen, mother Molly and brother Clayton Allen. He is survived by his wife Creola (Jean) Allen, daughter Linda (Joanne) Suttles, Grandsons Bradley and Andrew Suttles, Great Grand-daughter Alexandra, son-n-law Michael Suttles, brother Travis Allen, sister Hurshlene Harvey of Louisville, Ky, and many nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Avenue at Rahn Road Friday, June 8, 2012 from 5 to 8 pm. Funeral service 10 am Saturday, at Spring Valley Christian Baptist Church, 2157 Schnebley Road, Spring Valley, Ohio 45370 . Reverend Jonda Palmer, officiating. Interment, Valley View Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions in Haskel’s memory may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45420. Joanne-Was so sorry to read about your dad's passing. I remember your mom and dad fondly and have thought of them often through the years. I will miss you so much Uncle Haskel! You were always my favorite uncle! You loved your family and we always knew that. And every time we saw you - that big old smile would spread wide across you face and light up the room. Thank you for making an impression on my life and for always being there and for every time you came home from a long day at work to find me at your house..lol! I don't think you'll ever know how much you meant to me ~ I know I'll see you again very soon!! I love you ~ Crystal
