Helen Joan Madole

Madole, Helen Joan, age 95 of Kettering, Ohio died on Wednesday,July 15, 2020. Helen was the daughter of Victor and Mabelle Hancock of Pontiac, Michigan. She attended Olivet College where she graduated with a BS degree in Pre-Med. After graduation, Helen went on to study at Madison General Hospital School of Medical Technology. While there, she became engaged and married Ray Madole, the love of her life. Helen and Ray were married for 69 years and had three children (Scott Madole of Houston, Texas, Vickie Hollo of Kettering, Ohio, and Joan Pelton of Longwood, Florida), 9 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Throughout their lives, Helen and Ray were very close with Helen’s sister Mary Ruth Madole and her husband John Madole (Ray’s brother), and with her sister Faith Aue and her husband Oscar. Helen and Ray had many friends and were members of Fairmont Presbyterian Church for over 50 years. Helen will be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who gave everything of herself to her family and friends. She was much loved and will be greatly missed. No services are planned at this time.
