WATSON, Homer F., age 93, of Miamisburg passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. Homer was born on May 8, 1923 in Wellston, Ohio to the late Charles and Naomi Easterling Watson. He was also preceded in death by his son, Stephen; brothers, Lamar, Melvin, Donald, Floyd, and Charles Watson; and sisters, Florence Barnhouse and Louise Long. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Nancy; daughter, Carol (Darryl) Smith; son, Mark (Debbie) Watson; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, George Watson; a sister, Ruth West; and many nieces and nephews. During World War II he served in the Army Air Corp. Following an Honorable Discharge he worked for 34 years at Wright Patterson Air Force Base and retired as a Contracting Officer and Chief of the Facilities Management Division in the Director of Production Procurement of the Aeronautical Systems Center.
