Irene Phillips

Irene was a dedicated employee at Associated Springs for 20 years and retired from Panasonic in Troy. Irene was a member of the Northridge Freewill Baptist Church. She was a two-time cancer survivor whose resilience stood as a testament to her remarkable strength. Her love for family and friends knew no bounds, and she carried that devotion into every aspect of her life.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Ora Griffith and Father Hiram Napier, Brothers; Pearl (Genevieve) Collins, Jim (Lou) Collins, Kelly (Mattie) Collins, Elbert (Wanda) Napier, Hiram Napier Jr., Robbie Napier, Sisters; Fannie (Frank) Felice, Mary (Carl) Back, Brother-In-Law; Aiden Morgan.

She is survived by her Loving Children; Shane Phillips, and Regina (Charles Kramer) Phillips, Sister; Frances Morgan, and numerous loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton for their incredible nurses and staff. In lieu of flowers the family asks you make a donation to Hospice of Dayton.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 5:00-7:00 pm at Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026, 10:30 AM at Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. A burial will follow at Dayton Memorial Park.
