James C Easter (Jim), 55, of Centerville / Bellbrook / Kettering, Ohio- March 19, 2020 Beloved husband, father, son, grandfather, brother and friend. Graduated from Fairmont East High School, Kettering, OH Previously employed at Veolia Environmental Services for 24 years. Preceded in death by Grandparents Carlos and Fontella Stanley of Dayton, and Aunt Kay and Hop Baggott of Dayton. Survived by mother Linda Stanley Easter, father Charles Robert Easter (Pat), spouse Jennifer (of 36 years), daughter Jaclyn Ellis (Jeff), daughter Janell Easter Lowe (JJ), brother Charles Easter (Susan), brother Brian Easter (May), grandchildren Emma Ellis, Owen Ellis, Natalie Lowe, and Morgan Lowe. Nieces and nephews, Carlos Easter, Logan Easter, Christopher Edwards, Breanna Burnett, Cody Easter, and many other family members and friends. Those who knew Jim will tell you he was sincere, fun, kind, loving, generous, enthusiastic, and much more. His love for his family and friends guided his life. From childhood and high school friends, to coworkers and marching band family, dear friends and a large extended family. He always made an effort to show his love. He worked hard to provide for his family. 24 years at Veolia Environmental Services in West Carrollton, OH. His love for family was undeniable. He enjoyed time with his mother and the girls every chance he got, along with his sweet grandbabies. They were his special blessing. We will be having a private family service for now, and once we are all able to get together, we will have a big Life Celebration, in true Jim style. Lots of hugs and togetherness. That is what he always wanted.

I can’t even begin to tell you how SPECIAL Jim is. He always showed kindness to every person he met. He was a dear friend that will never be forgotten. Our hearts ache for the whole family. Our memories of all the time we spent with Jim will be cherished forever.

I cannot even imagine the pain you all are enduring, as I was his friend and thought the world of him. I'm so sorry and my heart breaks for all of you. Jenny and the girls, we hug you the hardest. He was a stellar person in everyone's life, especially the class of 1983., STELLAR!! We all loved him so much and we hurt so badly for all of you. We will all miss him so much, we cannot imagine your pain. Love always and please let us/me know if you need help with anything. Love always. I'm so very sorry.

So very sorry! My cousin and didn't see him for a long time, but friends on FB and always enjoyed all the pictures he shared of his family. Could tell how very much he loved them!
