I had the pleasure of knowing Jim the last 40 years. I first met Jim at Miami Valley where we both worked in lab. Recently I had to have major surgery and Jim knew I had to be on a liquid diet so every morning , after he worked out he would come in my office with his protein shake and say ok we can do this and we would get them down. Jim loved his family so much. He has pictures on the walls of his office the kids drew when they were little. He also loved his work family. He was a great man who will truly be missed by his family and friends. May God be with you all in this sad time. He will never be forgotten.

I have had the privilege of working with Jim for the past 3 years. He was a kind and funny man, that always wanted to help. If he didn't have a smile on his face,it wasn't hard to get one there. I will miss my friend dearly. He and I had an way of greeting each other...I would say "Hola senor Yim" to which he would reply "Hola senor Scott" ...I won't be able to do that anymore. ..Good bye Jim. I will always remember you fondly and with a smile...
