

Jeff is survived by his loving wife, Ann Bowling; his sons Brandon (Lilly), William, and David Bowling; his grandchildren: Braxton, Ezra, and Sawyer; his brother Thomas (Carol) Bowling; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Rudolph and Marcia Bowling.
Jeff graduated from Chaminade Julienne high school in 1986 and went on to study electrical engineering at the University of Dayton and earned his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1990, and his Masters of Electrical Engineering in 1996.
In his youth, Jeff was active in Boy Scouts, achieving rank of Eagle in 1986.He served as Junior Assistant leader for his scout troop 99 for several years. He became active in the Cub Scout program as Committee Chair for Cub Scout Pack 167 from approximately 2011 to 2014. He then transitioned to being an Assistant Scout leader for BSA Troop 167.
Jeff worked for DESC/DSCC from 1991-2000 and then went on to work at Kodak.
Jeff was involved in the Knight of Columbus, serving as Grand Knight of the Maria Joseph Council 4022, and was a founding member of the local Knights of Columbus Lady of the Light Council 14891. Jeff was also an Eagle Scout and was an Assistant Scout Leader for the local Dayton scout troop.
He was also a long time member of the Greater Dayton Real Estate Investors Association, serving as a board member and Chairman of Dinner and Deals.
A visitation for Jeff will occur from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. on Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Tobias Funeral Home Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills Ave., Dayton, OH 45429.
A Mass of Christian Burial will occur at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Ascension Catholic Church, 2025 Woodman Ave. Kettering, Ohio, 45420.
