Jeffery Scott Pickett

Pickett, Jeffery Scott, age 56, of Fairborn finished his earthly race and entered into the presence of the Lord on Monday, October 1, 2018, at his residence. He was born in Columbus, Indiana on March 22, 1962, the son of the late Norman Pickett and Juanita (Flynn) Pickett, who survives. He was also preceded in death by his nephew, Aaron Brown. Jeff is survived by his devoted wife, Marilyn (Millhouse) Pickett; his mother, Juanita; his children, Brandon and wife, Nancy Pickett, Bryan and wife, Tammi Knecht, Christina Knecht; two sisters, Tara Pickett and Michelle Stinson Wood. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren , a nephew and many friends. His words to live by were to share a smile, do service to others and be a witness for Christ. Jeff was loved by many and will be missed by all. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 12:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 14, 2018, at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Road at Grange Hall Road with masonic services beginning at 4:00 p.m. followed with closing remarks by his pastor, Reverend Stuart Snow.
