It comes with great sadness and a heavy hearts that the family of, Jeremiah "JD" Johnson, of Brookville, Ohio, announce his passing at the age of 46 on January 23rd, 2020.
JD is survived by his devoted wife, Tammy; son, Kody (Taylor) Johnson of OH; Father, Paul Johnson of Greenville, OH; Sisters Ja-Nelle of OH, and Sherri of Texas. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Johnson. He will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters, and other friends and family. JD will forever be remembered for his warm and loving heart, and his great sense of humor. He was a loving husband and father. He graduated from Brookville High School in 1992.
A Celebration Of Life will be held at The Crestview Baptist Church, at 6600 Salem Ave. Clayton, Ohio 45315, on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M..
