Jerry L. Cottingham, 77, passed away December 23rd 2020 in Kettering, Ohio. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and later raised in Huntington, West Virginia. He’a preceded in death by his parents Theodore and Mami Cottingham. He leaves behind his wife Mary A. Cottingham of 58 years; two brothers, John and Jeff Cottingham; two sons, John and Joeseph Cottingham; three grandchildren, Crystal, Sean, and Lesley, and five great grandchildren. Jerry served in the Korean War and the Vietnam war. He continued his time in AFOG (Air Force Orientation Group) and later retired from the Air Force. Wright Patterson Air Force museum is the final place where he carried out his career. He was also a member of the American legion 776 and a life member of the VFW post 2800. We thank him for his service and will be greatly missed by many.
