Joan Flaute-Hill

JOAN M. (PFEIFFER) FLAUTE-HILL, went to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on November 21st, 2024, at the age of 94. She was born 10/24/1930, in Dayton, Ohio to the late Russell J. & Margaret B. Pfeiffer-deceased of Dayton.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Robert B. Flaute, second husband Curtis Hill, and her son Thomas Flaute. She is survived by children, Susan Robinson (John), Diane Iannarino (Doug), Karen Timmer (Steve), Robert Flaute (Kim), Michael Flaute (Sue), Stepchildren Elaine Miller (Steve), Jeanette Hill, 12 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, 2 Step Grandchildren.

Joan graduated from Julienne High School in 1948 and was a lifelong resident of Dayton, Ohio. She was a long-time member of St. Francis Parish where she served on the Bereavement Committee and Sunday Reader for 15 Years. She also enjoyed many years of Bible study at St Francis Church. Joan square danced for 20 years with different clubs and many friends.

A private Funeral Mass for the family will take place at Calvary Chapel followed by a private family burial. Arrangements made by Tobias Funeral Home – Far Hills Chapel.
