Joyce Marie Wright Bootes

Bootes, Joyce Marie, age 78, of Beavercreek, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at The Hospice of Dayton. She was born in New Bedford, Illinois, August 18, 1933. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman Luke and Willie Lee Wright nee Smith; sisters Marilyn Kay Zimmerman, Dolores Lee Wright and Mary Jane Wright. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Raymond E. Bootes; daughters Karen M. (John) Ward of Tulsa, OK, Leanna K. (George) Anzek of Xenia, OH, Lisa R. (Brett) Cooper of Marietta, GA; grandchildren Brian (Kim) Anzek, Justin (April) Ward, Josh Ward, Lori (Jeremy) Bottorff, Sara and Rachel Cooper; great-grandchildren Alex Anzek and Devon Bottorff; brother-in-law John Zimmerman, sister-in-law Joyce Ann (Edward) Biza; numerous nephews and nieces. Joyce retired from the Beavercreek School System. She was a member of Hope United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, May 5, 2012 at Hope United Methodist Church. Rev. Victoria Powers-Smith officiating. Interment Aley Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 9-11 AM Saturday.
