Joyce was born on January 15, 1934 to Mary (Shiverdecker) Sheffler and Forest Sheffler. Preceded in death by her husband of 62, years Jack Wells and brother Robert Allen Sheffler. Survived by her son and daughter-in- law Craig and Nikki Wells. Grandchildren Ryleigh and Zachary Wells. Sisters Marilyn Kay Poske, Linda Sue Mills, and Phyllis Joan Eversole. Graduated in 1952 from Cooperative High School in Dayton, Ohio where she was in the honor roll of the upper 5% of the class. Worked at General Motors and Sears. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She and Jack enjoyed vacations in Florida with family and friends. She loved her grandchildren and cherished the time spent with them, especially the sleepovers at their home. She attended countless baseball, football, soccer and softball games for her grandchildren. Joyce will be dearly missed by family and friends.
