Prichard, Kaleb Daniel passed away Tuesday August 2nd at Southview Hospital. He is survived by his mother Tara, brother Landon, grandparents Bob and Lisa, aunt Tessa, cousins Zoey and Jordan, great grandparents Elmer and Marylou Moran, many, many loving great aunts and great uncles, and a very special cousin Patrick. Services will be held from 6 pm to 7 pm on Friday August 5th at Tobias Funeral Home - Beavercreek Chapel 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45432.
