von Stuckrad, Kurt, age 57 of Beavercreek, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 29, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, Constantine “Bill” and Evelyn von Stuckrad. He is survived by his daughter and son in-law, Emily (Kris) von Stuckrad-Smolinski of Beavercreek, a grandchild on the way and his dear friend, Ray Ritzler. Kurt worked for a portion of his 40 year career at Manor House and then in security at Standard Register. He graduated from Wright State University, was a member of the NRA and the Greene County Fish and Game, and was a volunteer for the Victoria Theatre Association. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME – BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. with Pastor Rob Wackerman officiating. The family will receive relatives and friends at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until the time of service on Tuesday. Memorial contributions may be made to Kurt’s grandchild’s college fund.
