Dear Uncle Keith -- always there our whole lives.  When you traveled near and far, you brought home laughs, stories and even gifts (the fancy doll from Puerto Rico was my favorite as a child).  As we aged, and so did you, you remained fully willing and able to be with us, sometimes sharing stern and always loving words of wisdom and advice.  Always so sharp of mind and up-to-date, it was you I called when the planes hit the towers, and I could count on you to discuss current events right to the end.  You lived a long and full life doing exactly as you wished, yet gone too soon. Rest in peace and love and laughter.  I will remember you with love, always and honored to be called your GrandNiece...

Keith was a dear friend to my Uncle Paul, and contributed to many happy childhood memories of my own.  My grandmother adored him as well. Now they can all hang out together and enjoy "Mama K's" lasagna, again, in Heaven.  Thanks for the memories, "Uncle" Keith.

I remember when I was little, we were having a birthday party for one of my older sisters, I think Tracy and we lived over on Oakton Circle in Kettering. Someone gave her one of those little water guns and I got a hold of it. I asked my great uncle Keith, who was standing over the sink to fill it up. I went outside to spray water at the grass or whatever. I kept going in and out of the house asking him to fill it up for me. He did this about seven or eight times. He never yelled at me for going in and out of the house. I told that to him a few weeks ago; he chuckled. This is my fondest memory of him. I'm going to miss you uncle Keith.

You will always be in my heart. I am thankful for the experiences we shared and the lessons you taught. Thank you for the love you showed to me and my family. You were a great man, fiercely independant and opinionated to the end; qualities I adored. May God guide you safetly home.

I was a volunteer fire man.  Keith taught me much about living.  I will remember his friendship forever.

When I was a kid back in the early 60's we moved to Kettering and we lived in an area that didn't have too many houses. Keith Brunk was our patrolman and I would sit on and in his cruiser while my Dad talked to officer Brunk. He was a great person and left me respectful of his position in the community. I think of those times quite often. It's amazing how a person can stay in your memory for decades. A great man in my opinion.

You will be missed Uncle Keith. You had a long life, lived exactly how you wanted. Always independent to the end, thankful you went peacefully.  Thank you for being part of our lives

One of my favorite people ever! Always enjoyed our conversations and your knowledge of family history and keen  memory. You were an inspiration to many. You will be missed! Love you buddy!
