Linda Maureen Locke

Linda was a devoted mother, loving Grammy, and cherished sister who centered her life around family. She kept her door open for her children, any time of day, and she always had time to listen. If you called, she picked up. If you needed a ride, she showed up. Her family was her greatest joy, and she treasured every moment she shared with them.

Linda lived a quiet, simple life and found joy in the small things. She found peace in the sound of waterfalls and fountains, loved a good sweet coffee drink, would watch just about anything on MeTV, and loved a full house at family gatherings.

She is survived by her children, Tad (Jennifer), Amanda (Charles), Nathan (Jamie), Ben (Heather), Ali (Peter), Whitney (Eric), and David (Tina); and her beloved grandchildren, Haley, Sullivan, Caroline, Andrew, Chloe, Henry, Eleanor, Evelyn, and Emmaline. She is also survived by her sister, Kathleen, and brother, Shawn.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Clara.

Linda leaves behind a family who loved her deeply and will miss her every day.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Linda on Friday, October 16, at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Angels Catholic Church, Brown Street, Dayton, Ohio 45409. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Shriners Children's Ohio in Linda's memory.

Final resting place will be at Calvary Cemetery, 1625 Calvary Drive, Dayton.
