My first recollection of meeting Lois was through the Temple Israel, Sunday morning Brotherhood Brunch. Finding another “Lois” was a pleasant surprise as I did no not know any other Loises in Dayton. When I learned she had a connection to my hometown of Cambridge, OH, the bond was cemented. Then Lois and Lloyd became founding members of the No Name Chavurah of Temple Israel in 1994, and we met every month until just a few years ago. We started out as a group of 12 couples. I enjoyed listening to Lois’ stories about her work. And, she was one of the few people my age that could speak “computer” and know what I was saying without my having to explain technical terms to her. The photo of Lois and Lloyd signing the No Name Chavurah scrapbook is attached.

Lloyd, it was good talking to you the other day but sorry it was under such sad circumstances. I always looked forward to the times you and Lois would visit Cambridge and we could spend some time with you two.I enjoyed the times that Lois and I talked and I wish we had lived closer so I could have gotten to know her better. Much love to you Lloyd, Kim, Aaron, Tonya and the rest of your family.
