
FENNER, Louella Marie, age 90 of Dayton, passed away October 24, 2015 at Hospice of Dayton with her children and grandchildren at her bedside. She was born in Dayton, Ohio August 24, 1925 to Florence and William O’Ryan. She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Thomas Fenner; brothers, Earl O’Ryan, Bill O’Ryan, Bob O’Ryan, her brother-in-law, Jack Fenner, sisters-in-law,Mary Fenner and Judy O’Ryan and grandson. She is survived by her son, Tom (Gail) Fenner; daughters, Lynda Fenner, Jackie (Jerry) Lacy, Meriann (Mark) Craig; sister, Annabelle (Otis) Butcher; Gene O’Ryan, Jerry (Nancy) O’Ryan; sister in law, Phyllis O’Ryan; grandchildren, Lisa (Rusty) Trimbach, Larry (Jen) Hudson, Bobby Hudson, John W. McCallister, John A. McCallister, Jonathon McCallister, Jennifer McCallister , Roger McCallister, Kelly McCallister, Joshua McCallister, Rodney McCallister, Julie (Kerry) Duncan, George (Cindy) Lacy, Steve (Patty) Fenner, Kelly (Matt) Clevenger, Joe (Mary) Craig, Jennifer Craig, Dayne Craig; 27 great-grandchildren, as well as two great-great grandchildren; and special neighbor, Scott Dorsten. Louella was active in Montezuma United Methodist Church as well as Otterbein United Methodist Church in Dayton; she was a member of the Eastern Star, American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and the VFW. She loved her Friday night domino friends as well as the Sisterhood lunches. Louella enjoyed traveling with her husband and children, family vacations were a special time. Family and grandchildren were the main staple in Louella’s life and she was so appreciative of her grandsons taking the time to fill up the bird feeder and watch the birds with her as well as sharing coffee and doughnuts. She was also appreciative of her granddaughters taking her to doctor appointments and doing her nails. Her family wishes to express their gratitude to Hospice of Dayton for the love, care and support of their mother. A Celebration of Life service will be held on October 29, 2015 at 11 at First Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Jason Alsphaugh, 111 W. Monument Ave, Dayton, OH 45402. Friends may call 10 – 11 am Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be given in her name to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave, Dayton OH 45420.
