

JAUSS, Ludwig Norman, age 87 of Dayton, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016. Norman was born October 26, 1928 in Stuttgart, Germany to the late Ludwig F. and Frieda Jauss. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 47 years, Barbara H. (Bartels) Jauss. Norman is survived by his children; Mark(Connie)Jauss, Ron(Karen)Jauss, Bonnie Wetzel, Diane(Russell)Capps, and Dean(Ann)Jauss, twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Norman was a Korean War Army veteran and was the owner of Norm’s Upholstery, on Irving Avenue, for over 50 years. He was also a lifelong member of the New Apostolic Church where he ministered for 35 years. Family will receive friends Monday, May 30, 2016 from 4:00PM to 6:00PM at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel. Funeral service will be held 1:00PM Tuesday, at the New Apostolic Church 696 N. Fairfield Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 with Rev. Karl Orlofski officiating. Burial Woodland Cemetery.
