REECE, Mabel E., age 88, passed away Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born in Middletown, Ohio August 24, 1923 to her loving mother Luellia Burton. She is preceded in death by two beloved sons, Bobby Chappius and Raymond Chappius. She is survived by 8 grandchildren; Kim Omer, Kathy Chappius, David Chappius, Raymond Chappius Jr., Eric “Ricky” Chappius, Linda Bunell, Christine Chappius, and Carol Chappius. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and numerous friends and family. Mabel enjoyed cooking delicious meals for her family, spending time with her grandchildren and playing with her beloved dog. She was a kind and loving person. She will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be on Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 7:00PM at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave, Dayton, Ohio 45420. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5:00PM until the time of services on Thursday. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Mabel’s family.
