Margaret Althea Yoder

YODER, Althea (Margaret H.), age 91 of Centerville, OH passed away Monday, October 17, 2016. She graduated from Patterson Co-Op High School and Miami-Jacobs School of Business. Althea attended the Miamisburg Church of God and previously attended Marshal Road Church of God where she served many years as Secretary and Treasurer, Youth Counselor, and Sunday School Teacher. Althea and her Husband traveled with the Airstream Club and participated in Christian Mission Work throughout the western U.S building churches in Native American Regions. She was employed by the Frigidaire Division of GM for 37 years retiring as Executive Secretary to the General Manager of Frigidaire and V.P. of GM. Althea was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert A. Yoder, her Mother, G. Virginia Chenoweth, her Father Wilbert N. Chenoweth, her Brother, Norman W. Chenoweth. She is survived by her Brother, Bruce E. Chenoweth (Patty Wheelbarger), her Sister-In-Law Marian Chenoweth of Brooksville, FL., her dear friend and constant companion of 4 ½ years, Cynthia Richey, and numerous cousins and friends. The family will receive friends at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave. at Rahn Rd, Dayton, OH 45429 from 1 pm, Wednesday, October 26, 2016 from 1 pm until time of service at 2 pm.
