Margery is survived by her daughters, Teresa (the late George) Kissell of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, and Michele (Dwayne) Rapp of Xenia, Ohio; grandchildren, Ryan (Lori) Kissell, Lyndsay (Nicholas) Viers, Melissa Zwiesler, Jessica (Donnie) Cochran, and Amanda (Jarred) Duvall; nine great-grandchildren; and her brother, William (Patricia) Sidenstick of Lorton, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years, Claude Bentley Black.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Margery’s memory may make a donation to an animal rescue organization of their choice.
The family of Margery Black has entrusted Tobias Funeral Home of Beavercreek, Ohio, with her care and final arrangements.
Visitation will be held Friday, June 19, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Tobias Funeral Home, with graveside services immediately following.
