Marilyn was a member of Kiser Alumni, coordinated alumni outings/activities for Kiser classmates. Also, volunteered at the Senior Center, coordinated activities and prepared meals and desserts for those in need. Marilyn retired from Kettering Hospital after 20 years of service. She will be remembered as a loving Mom and Grandma for making everyone’s favorite dish and/or desserts, cookies and especially during the Christmas holiday. Kitchen filled with wonderful smells from the oven, flour everywhere while helping the grandkids make Christmas cookies! Tin after tin filled with everyone’s favorites; pecan tassies, green
Christmas tree cookies, snowballs, peanut butter blossoms and of course, her famous banana bread! She shared her last favorite snack of hot tea and dessert, with her loving granddaughter, Allison, who spent countless hours assisting in her care.
Funeral arrangements by Tobias Funeral Home (Belmont).
A special thank you to Hospice, Crisis Care and PPE for their support, loving care by each member of their staff as they were amazing with our Mom during her final days.
