

Marjorie Ann Gustin, age 91, of Miamisburg, passed away Tuesday the 14th of April at Hospice of Dayton. Born in 1928 in Lebanon, OH, Marjorie moved to Dayton with her family and married her high school sweetheart upon graduating from Patterson Co-op High School in 1947. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Dane R. Gustin (ret. USMC) in 1996, her father, Fay A. Perrine and mother, Esther Snook Perrine of Lebanon, OH and her brother, John E. Perrine of Dayton, OH. Along with her devotion to raising her children and lovingly supporting her husband as they moved around the country and abroad with the military, Marjorie retired from the Kettering-Oakwood Times newspaper. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Dayton and enjoyed traveling, playing golf, sewing, and crocheting. Her passion, however, was spending time and celebrating life with her family. She never ceased talking about her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Deanene Gustin Ricke and husband David of Houston, TX; 2 sons, Robert Gustin and his wife, Suzanne of Alpharetta, GA, Mark Gustin and his wife, Karen of Springboro, OH; 6 grandchildren, Jason Ricke and his wife, Melissa of North East, MD, Jessica Ricke Jabali and her husband, Jahon of Georgetown, TX, Jordann Ricke Graf and her husband, Kevin of Flower Mound, TX, Kellie Gustin of Chicago, IL, Michael Gustin of Miamisburg, OH and Christopher Gustin and his wife, Cassidy of Springboro, OH; 6 great grandchildren, Sarah, Eleanor, Lennon, Grayson, Benjamin, and Heidi and nieces, cousins and close friends.
