

LONG, Marjorie A. age 84, passed away peacefully in her sleep on September 11, 2011. She was born on November 3, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio to Dr. Earl and Lois Middleton. Marge was a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She was a kindergarten teacher for the Beavercreek City School System for many years. Marge is survived by her husband Hal V. Long, her children Cynthia (David) Cochran, Richard (Chris Frisone) Griswold, Jill (Phillip) Hubbard, Debra (Richard) Balonier, Kathy Bouchard, Gloria (Ron) Beavers, and Brian (Shannon) Long. She is also survived by grandchildren Amanda (Mark) Violet, Jeffrey, James R. and Kelly (fiance Michael McDevitt) Hubbard, Brad (Tricia) Balonier, Erin (Bill) Merrell, Megan (Penny Perry) Balonier, Colin, Jordan, Kyle, Travis Bouchard, Shannon (Steve) Zelick, Shane (Stephanie) Venard, Ashley (Jermiah) Kail, Ronald Beavers, Joel, Adam, Tyler, Mackalla, Dominic, and Dane Long and 15 great-grandchildren. A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME - BEAVERCREEK CHAPEL, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. from 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc MVC, 3797 Summit Glen Dr., Suite G-100.
