Mary Christine Covault

COVAULT, Mary Christine Bertrams, age 85, of Kettering passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 at her residence. Mary was born on May 9, 1928 in Dayton to the late Aloys and Margaret Drew Bertrams. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Harry E. Covault; three children, H. Patrick (Myra) Covault, Theresa (Craig) Troup, and Kathleen Kempf; two grandsons, Christopher Troup and Benjamin Kempf; sister-in-law Mary Ellen Bertrams and numerous nieces and nephews. Mary was a graduate of Fairmont High School class of 1946. She was a member of St. Charles Parish and actively volunteered numerous hours participating in the first church and school building drive. She was an excellent and loving home manger raising 3 children and numerous pets with patience, fortitude, persistence, faith, humility and a little stubbornness. She was preceded in death by her 2 beloved brothers, Carl and Frank Bertrams. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. Thursday, January 9, 2014 at St. Charles Catholic Church, 4500 Ackerman Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45429. Private burial Calvary Cemetery.
