

EIFERT, Mary Delores, of Beavercreek, passed on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at Carlyle House Assisted Living. She is preceded in death by her husband Carl Eifert, parents John L. and Katherine Hickey, granddaughter Jordan Eifert, sister Catherine “Sis” Cukovecki, and brothers Donald, Robert, Richard, John and Thomas Hickey. She is survived by her sons Joseph (Terry) Eifert, John (Erin) Eifert, and Jerry (Brieen) Eifert, daughters Jayne (Gary) Chastain, Judy (Joseph) Zwolski, Janet (Mark) Minges, grandchildren, Stephanie (Joe) Allen, Jeremy (Molly) Eifert, Michael (Angela) Chastain, Brian (Melanie) Chastain, Bo (Becky) Zwolski, Jena (Matt) Steinke, Jenna Minges, Joshua Minges, Justin Minges, Mackenzie Minges, Mikayla Minges, Jaren Eifert, 13 great grandchildren Connor Eifert, Levi Allen, Rayna Allen, Brennon Eifert, Kensington Chastain, Owen Chastain, Adeline Chastain, Bella Zwolski, Brady Zwolski, Blakely Zwolski, Isaiah Steinke, Hailey Steinke, baby Chastain on the way, brothers Anthony Hickey, James (Pat) Hickey, sister Pat (Roy) Horvath, sisters-in-law Sunny Hickey, Marty Hickey, Mary Ann Hickey, Patricia Hickey, and numerous extended family members. Mary enjoyed attending her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s activities, family holidays and gatherings, working in her yard, being in the sun and on the beach and spending time in Florida. Many thanks to the caregivers at Carlyle House and Hospice of Dayton for their wonderful care. Prayers will be held 9:15 a.m. Monday, February 26, 2018 at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m., at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 411 E. 2nd St., Dayton, OH. Father Ken Pleiman celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. on Sunday, February 25, 2018.
