Mary Thelma Thelma Miller

MILLER, Mary Thelma “Thelma”, age 87 of Dayton, passed away Friday, June 21, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Walter Joseph Miller, as well as her youngest daughter, Linda J. Maytas, and 5 siblings. She is survived by her daughters Jayne (Kenny) Boyd, Carol (David) Baughman, Susan (James) Reynolds, and Mary (Dave) Madero; sons James (Lois) Miller, Ron (Patty) Miller, David (Laurel) Miller, and Bob (Jane) Miller; and son-in-law Ted Maytas. She is also survived by 3 siblings, Lavine, JoAnn, and Tom, 12 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Thelma was a loving and dedicated mother who raised 9 children and later in life was the owner of Eastown Beauty Salon in Dayton. She was full of joy and was always the happiest when she was with her family. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Parrish and the CLC. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 and from 8:30- 10 AM on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- BELMONT CHAPEL, 648 Watervliet Ave., Dayton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 10:30 AM at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, following prayers at the funeral home at 10 AM.
