Mary Lou Russell

Russell, Mary Lou (nee Gerspacher), age 79, of Fairborn, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at her residence. She was born in Beavercreek, Ohio on July 24, 1932, the daughter of the late George and Sarah Katherine (nee Bailey) Gerspacher. Mary Lou was also preceded in death by her husband, Theodore R. Russell, Sr., whom she married in Dayton, Ohio on August 12, 1950, a sister, Betty Tellis and a brother, George Gerspacher. She is survived by her nine children, Theodore (Michelle Rheinhart) Russell, Jr., Jeanne (David) Belote, Denice Russell, Michelle (Tony) Boniella, Theresa Russell, Julie (John) Sostrom, Michael Russell, Timothy (Teresa) Russell, Tama Russell; a brother and sister-in-law, James (Shirley) Gerspacher; a sister-in-law, Carolyn Gerspacher; grandchildren, Heather, Jeremy, Stephanie, Brian, Josh, Joe, Jordan, Maria, Ashley, Bailey, Riley, Jonah O'Neal, Rogelio and Yarilo; great grandchildren, Kailin and Jocelin. Mary Lou attended Emmanuel Catholic Church and was a charter member of St. Luke Catholic Church. She was a graduate of Beavercreek High School, Class of 1950. Prayers will be said at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, April 23, 2012, at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME- FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Avenue at Rahn Road. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. at The Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Drive, Kettering, Ohio with Father Angelo Anthony, celebrant. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
