I had the pleasure of meeting Mary when her Sweet Adeline quartet, "Everybody's Sister", sang at my Presbyterian church in Portland, Indiana on a glorious summer morning in 2014. Their gospel medley during the worship service and a spontaneous fun song during our fellowship hour was simply charming. I also joined the gals for lunch after church. Mary was so friendly and pleasant to be around. I was so sorry to hear of her sudden passing and for the hole that is left in the hearts of your family. May you find comfort in your memories of this sweet soul.
Sincerely,
Claire Smith
