Michael Kent

KENT, Michael George, age 42 of Dayton, passed away Monday, July 18, 2016 at OSU Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his father, James B. Kent I in 2014. He is survived by his children: Noah Kent (Laurie), Grace Kent and Lilia Kent. His mother, Margarita McDonald de Kent, also survives him, as do a brother, James B. Kent II and wife Sheryl, and two sisters; Michelle Kent and Jacqueline Kent Griffin… and Ryan. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews and many relatives in the US and Panama, as well as his first grandchild, who is “on the way”. Mike was a 1992 graduate of Beavercreek High School and a founding partner of the former Kent Development Group. He was the owner of MGK Construction & Restoration. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Luke Catholic Church, 1440 N. Fairfield Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45432 on Saturday morning, July 23, 2016 at 10 AM with Fr. Terry Schneider, Celebrant. Friends may call on Saturday evening, July 23, 2016 at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia rd. from 5-8 PM to share remembrances of Mike with his family.
