Baker, Mildred M., age 91 of Dayton passed away Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Hospice of Dayton. She was preceded in death by her husband Roy T. and son-in-law Dave Falzerano. Mildred is survived by 2 sons, Thomas and Mark (Lisa); a daughter, Bonnie Falzerano; grandchildren Michael (Stephanie) and Nicholas (Leslie) Falzerano, and Christina and Stacy Baker; and great-grandchildren Alex, Ava, and Sophia Falzerano. The family would like to thank Mildred’s caregivers Gayle, Phyllis, Merry, Jessica, and Sara, and the staff at Hospice of Dayton. The funeral service will be held at 1PM, Thursday, December 22, 2011 at Tobias Funeral Home-Belmont Chapel with the burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home from noon until the time of service Thursday. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton 45420.
