Mona is survived by her children; Ann Hart (Tom), Terry Furlow (Sabrina), Barbara Johnson (Mike), Sherry Lusardi (Brian), and April Patton (Jay). Mona also survived by her 14 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
Mona was preceded in death by her husband Richard Minge; father, James Doolin; mother, Marylou Payton, and brother, Phillip Doolin.
Graveside services for Mona will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM at David’s Cemetery, 4600 Mad River Road, Dayton, Ohio 45429. Arrangements by Tobias Funeral Home – Far Hills Chapel.
