Nancy L Spicer

Nancy L. Spicer, 81 of Dayton, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, James B. Spicer, in 2008, and by her parents. She is survived by six children: Darlene Fiske of Dayton, Shirley Clark of AZ, Kenny Peyton and wife Nora of AZ, Marlene Wright-Peyton of Dayton, Charlene Peyton (Ward Little) of Fairborn, Cheryl Peyton of Dayton, and Carolyn (Manuel) Spicer. She is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren, thirty-nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Michael (Carla) Johnson, a sister, Barbara (Danny) Wolford, and a dear friend, Larry Swickard. Nancy was retired from Kroger and also worked at the Oak Street Bar, where she met the love of her life, James. She was a loving and caring woman who was the “rock” of her family. Visitation will be held at the Tobias Funeral Home Belmont Chapel, 648 Watervliet Ave. Dayton, OH 45420 on Thursday, March 31 from 11 AM until 1 PM. The funeral will be held at 1 PM following the visitation on Thursday. Interment will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery following the funeral on Thursday.
