Nathan Anthony Nickell

Nathan Anthony Nickell, age 42 passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 of cancer. He was preceded in death by his father Dennis Nickell, paternal grandparents Herschel and Anne Nickell, maternal grandparents Pasquale and Frances Sindoni and stepfather Alan Seaver. He is survived by his daughter Erin, mother Marirose Sindoni, brother Adam (Angela), stepsister Allison France (Brandon), aunt and uncle Sherri and Herb Swiger and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Nathan was a 1994 graduate of Carroll High School. Nathan dedicated his life to serving our nation with the United States Coast Guard and the United States Air Force. He served three combat deployments in Afghanistan, Iraq and Africa earning 6 Air Medals, an Air Force Commendation Medal, 3 Meritorious Unit Awards and 3 Air Force Outstanding Unit Awards. Family will receive visitors on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1 PM at Queen of Apostles Church, 4400 Shakertown Rd., Beavercreek. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated immediately after at 2 PM. A private interment will be held at Calvary Cemetery.
