He is survived by his loving wife; Mary Angela Goocey, Children; Neil Gustave Goocey, Vivian Mundt, Archer Mundt, Pierce Mundt, Parents; Donald and Lynne K. (Johnson) Goocey, Brother; Brenton Goocey, Nephew; Andrew Goocey, and Niece; Beverly Goocey.
Nicholas was an incredibly loving and supportive husband and father. He was the protector of the family and the biggest cheerleader. Nicholas lived a life fully loving and supporting others. With a goal to help others, Nicholas majored in Biochemistry from Montana State University with goals to pursue research to make a difference. He always tried to make others happy.
Nicholas was also an amazingly talented guitarist and music lover. Alongside his love for music, Nicholas enjoyed nature, the mountains, hikes and runs with his family. He was an avid fitness enthusiast, always active and encouraging others to achieve their best selves. Nicholas was the best friend, father, husband, and person. He will truly be missed by all those who knew and loved him.
A visitation will be held on July 18, 2025, from 1:00-2:00 pm at Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel. A service will follow starting at 2:00 pm.
