Norma Jean Anders Roberts

ROBERTS, Norma Jean, age 77 of Dayton, went peacefully to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 8, 2014. She is preceded in death by her loving grandfather,Pearle Curtis Bennett; parents, Floyd Anders and Leah Bennett Anders; sister, Karen Sue; son,Kevin Gene Malatt; and granddaughter Ada. Norma is survived by Harold Roberts; daughters, Sharon (Hobert) Malatt Hale, Konnie Malatt Page, Krista (Doug) Roberts Wilder, Andrea (Michael) Roberts Hale; step children, Anita and Tracy Roberts; brothers,Norman (Carolyn) Anders and Keith (Teresa) Bennett; eleven grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She also left behind a good friend Marilyn Benson, and her loving dog Sassy. She graduated from Sabina High School in 1955. Norma loved to write poetry and has a poem in the Library of Congress. She retired from the City of Dayton. The family would like to thank Hospice of Dayton for all of their care and compassion during this difficult time. A funeral service will be held at TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME 648 Watervliet Ave. on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 1pm with Pastor Bob Sebastian officiating. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2014 from 6-8pm at the funeral home. Burial Milledgeville- Plymouth Cemetery.
