R.I.P my friend I think about the memories from  the  old days and makes me  laugh.  Godspeed my ole friend!

Kim and I hadn't seen Norman since we lived in Cockeysville and went to Cockeysville Elementary and Jr High School. We both remember that Norman was a nice kid.  My personal memory of him was sitting across from me in class with a smile on his face.  I can still recognize his features after all these years. The year before we were to go to Dulaney High School, our family moved to Centerville Ohio.  We have fond memories of our friends in Cockeysville. 

My wife and I were very shocked over the passing of Norman, We haven't spoken to him in years, Norman spent a lot time with us in the boating scene years ago. The one thing I remember is how nice he always was and also he would get right up in your face with a serious look and say, I have half a notion to haul off and give you a hug, if things weren't going well he would always make you laugh. He will be missed by many people for his wit, charm and striking personality.


                                                                                                                    

To All his Family..God Bless..He was one in a million to me. Take good care of Rusty. He was one of the sweetest guys I'd ever known, and I'll miss him forever. Wish I could have met you all..He was a heart Ill forever remember, and I'll miss the laughter. The first time we met, it was like I'd known him from my teenage years..His Smile..❤..Would melt anyone's heart..Ill miss him.

I lived with Norm for over 3 yrs. I will always love him and keep him in my heart. The love I had for him was a pure and true love. I have missed him and now I'll miss him even more. When it was nice me and Norm would take Rusty to Buckeye Park and let him run. I'll miss his smile, laugh, the way he would tell me stories from his life. He never thought he was worthy of anyone or anything. He sure was and always will be. I tried so hard to make him see he had so much worth. I wish I could have convinced him before he passed. I know he's with his Mom and brother. He has missed them more than anything.  Go rest with the Angels love. You were loved by more folks than you realized. Love, Muggit
