Orville Ray Oliver

Orville Ray Oliver passed on September 14, 2026, at the age of 79. Born on March 10, 1947, in Dayton, Ohio, Orville lived in Beavercreek, Ohio. Ray was a graduate of Patterson Cooperative High School in 1965. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Edwards, his mother, Ivena McMahan, brothers Roger Oliver, and Richard Oliver, sister Sharlene K. Brown.

Ray is survived by his wife of 38 years, Penny Noel Oliver, son William (Jodi) Oliver, brothers Donald Oliver, and Lee Oliver, sisters Ethel Moore and Rovena Kelly. Ray loved his family especially his grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Ray loved his special friends Ernest Day, Greg Roth, and Wayne Fronczak. He especially loved his Scottie Dogs.

Ray was a member of Minerva Lodge #98(Miamisburg), the Scottish Rite of Dayton, and the Antioch Shrine.
