Pamela A Mott

MOTT, Pamela A., 69, of Centerville, passed away Monday, January 16, 2017 at Walnut Creek Nursing Center. Pam was born on September 2, 1947, the daughter of the late Richard and Martha Patrick. Pam is survived by her husband of 21 years, John Mott; children, Jennifer (Phil) Hook, Heather Rhonemus, and son, Aaron (Tess) Cullers; two stepchildren, Greg (Julie) Mott of New Castle, CO and Shelley (Glenn) Safrit Morehead City, NC; five grandchildren, Nathan, Natalie, and Nolan Hook, Gabe Rhonemous, and Warner Cullers; and two step-grandchildren, Samuel and Jesse Safrit; and one great grandchild, Chloe Hook, and brother, Mike (Deb) Patrick . Pam graduated from Miamisburg High School and was formerly employed with Anthem & United Health Care.
